In the 13th Century, the Dragon became a symbol of nobility as the first
Ming Emperor decreed that the dragon would be his emblem and that it would have five claws.
Each “5 Clawed Dragon” fountain lighter is handmade in Obsidian and all the metal work is in gold vermeil.
The lighter holder is in Agate from Brazil. No less than 550 hours of hand-carving has been required.
